Later on in the afternoon, after you’ve spoken individually with the nine available team members, you offer them each a cookie to go with their coffee.

Meanwhile, you ask people about their availability for a team meeting, a project retrospective. You explain that the meeting is a chance for everyone to share their thoughts about where the project is at and how you can all move it forward together.
