It was only four weeks ago that Jonathan and his team had a go‐live celebration party with great fanfare. The project sponsor and key stakeholders recognized the hard work and effort to get everything done and meet all the client requirements in time for the promised go‐live date. In the first couple of weeks, as expected, his support team fielded a lot of calls from people who were trying to use the system. In the past week or so the calls have slowed down, but he has been hearing a lot of chatter regarding the system. The usage data that he was reviewing shows a considerable drop in system access. As he is getting ready for an urgent meeting with his executive sponsor, he is wondering what went wrong.
