Don’t bother reading this foreword.

I’m sure you know that the purpose of a foreword is to get you to want to read the book. Somebody tells you how wonderful the author is, how great the book is, and why you should read it, so you can stand there in the store wondering whether or not you should buy it.

Look, I’ll be honest with you. Since you now hold in your hands what may be the most important book ever published in the DJ industry, it would be a complete waste of time to read what I have to say about it. What you should be reading is what Stacy Zemon has to say. Every single word of it.
