CONCLUSION

In an ideal world, I would have written the perfect book on diversity in the workplace—a book that leads to everyone in the workplace getting along great, finding joy in the differences of others, gaining wisdom from what they learn from others, and truly being able to shine as the best employees they can be because all they ever really had to worry about was doing their job, doing it well, and finding opportunities to grow.

A book that led to a workplace like that might even get me a Nobel Peace Prize, because a country full of happy, productive workers would probably lead to a more peaceful country.

But I’m pragmatic and humble enough to just hope that this book leads to readers thinking about diversity in a more expansive, accessible ...
