ABOUT THE AUTHORS
MICHAEL WALLACE has more than 25 years of experience in the information systems field. He began his career as a mainframe operator for Super Food Services and then moved to a programming position at Reynolds & Reynolds, where he developed financial applications for automotive dealers.
He became a consultant after graduating magna cum laude from Wright State University (Dayton, Ohio) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science. For eight years he was president of Q Consulting, a custom application development firm.
