The Digital Photographer’s Notebook spanned Photoshop versions 7, CS, CS2, CS3 (Extended), Adobe Camera Raw (ACR) versions 1 through 4, Bridge and Bridge CS3, as well as Lightroom versions 1 and 1.1. These applications run on Apple Power Macintosh G4 Dual 1.42 GHz and G5 Dual 2.0, 2.7, and Quad 2.5 GHz computers with Apple 20- and 23-inch Cinema Displays. Color management is with X-Rite Eye One Photo for calibration monitors and print output. X-Rite (GretagMacbeth) Color Checker charts provided accurate color references. The actual writing was done using Microsoft Word running on various Macintosh PowerBook G4 laptops over the years, and it was completed on a MacBook Pro using a wireless keyboard and Mighty Mouse.
