What the !?@#! The director needs it to be exactly 12.5 seconds long instead of 20 seconds. That’s terrible! You’ll have to adjust all the keyframes. It will be hours of work!

Relax! After Effects comes to the rescue.

Open SeasonsChange_07_CameraMove.aep. Double-click the SeasonsChangeForAE comp to open it in the Timeline and the Viewer. In the Timeline, select AllLayers, and choose Layer  Pre-Compose. Name the new precomp Retime, and select Move All Attributes Into The New Composition.

Select the new Retime layer, and choose Layer  Time  Enable Time Remapping. Doing so immediately adds a new property named Time Remap to the AllLayers ...
