Action points

  • There will be many elements of your business that do not need ‘an entrepreneur’s touch’. Keep the founder away from them.
  • If you are the founder, consider when it’s time to quit. Take a sabbatical, or go and launch a new product.
  • You need balance in an organisation, but that doesn’t mean you only need to employ balanced people. Just ensure the system is there to channel them.
