- If you want a treat, then practise ‘inconspicuous consumption’. Far better to have your money going into a sailing boat sitting discreetly in a harbour than on a flash sports car that gets spat at when you’re stuck in a traffic jam.
- Or practise some self-restraint; achievement is its own reward. Invest your profits back into the business so you build an enterprise that’s there for the long term.
