Jenny Dearborn is the author of the 2015 business best-seller Data Driven: How Performance Analytics Delivers Extraordinary Sales Results. She is recognized as one of the fifty most powerful women in technology and is an industry thought leader and authority on applying data and analytics to workforce development and human capital transformation. At SAP, the world’s largest business software company, she is responsible for learning, development, talent management, leadership, succession management, and organization development for the approximately 90,000 SAP employees worldwide.
Dearborn is a frequent contributor to the mainstream business press and is an internationally sought-after keynote speaker. She is a graduate of American River College, the University of California–Berkeley, Stanford University, and San Jose State University and sits on several boards of directors.
