Image DAY 309 GALLERY OF INSPIRATION

Waning Gibbous

BY TED ROGER KARSON

On an autumn evening, this image of the moon, about 65 percent illuminated, was captured using an Olympus SP-590UZ. The photo is untouched SOOC (straight out of the camera), except for some cropping. It relies purely on the moon’s natural texture and light for effect.
