Negative Space

PACK OF WOLVES

This snowy photo was captured at a Green Bay Packers NFL playoff game. This is a quintessential shot of legendary Lambeau Field’s frozen tundra in the middle of winter. The players look like a pack of wolves amidst the falling snow. I used a 70-200mm lens to make sure the photo was not zoomed in too much. I chose to offset the offensive huddle to the right, which creates visual negative space to the left. This space isolates the players and gives a sense of perspective.
