Chapter Four. Creativity in Spite of Age
“Life is a jar full of darkness, without a candle that is.” With a mixture of curiosity and pride, my 10-year-old daughter Annika showed me the journal entry where she had penned those words. What a wonderful and creative heart she has; Annika is candlelight to my world. Her journal is filled with so many drawings, doodles, and ideas. Annika’s creativity has a natural flow. Her two sisters are creative as well. The youngest loves to paint, and the middle sister loves to cook.
