Chapter 2. Convince Leaders and Get the Resources

You’ve done a lot of the legwork and have identified opportunities for making your organization’s or client’s content better. Next is making the business case for the time and resources. Depending on how much convincing you need to do, keep in mind a couple of key things.

First, it may make sense to start with something small that doesn’t require a ton of time or budget. Decision makers have a harder time saying no to something with little risk... as long as you can demonstrate why it’s worth prioritizing.
