Collecting More Feedback with Surveys
“Feedback is a gift” is a quote often used around the halls of Constant Contact. When it comes to building and maintaining relationships, there’s no better way to know how the relationship is going than to ask. With over 250,000 customers, this might seem like a daunting task; however, it’s something our entire company looks at on a monthly basis.
We send a customer satisfaction survey out to one-twelfth of our customers each month. That way, we ask all of our customers for their feedback only once a year, but we get regular monthly feedback on how we are doing. It’s a wealth of information, and for a company that’s laser-focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience, it’s mission critical.
In this chapter I cover the benefits to your business of using your emails to ask survey and poll questions, and I show you how you can obtain regular feedback, set yourself up for feedback success, and use the information you receive to grow your business even more.
