Collective Innovation
Creativity is humanity’s greatest power, yet in business we usually marginalize it. No other species beyond Homo sapiens is fundamentally creative for the sake of it. Animals may build nests, camouflage themselves, or make sounds that seem like music, but when they do, it’s for utility alone, not an act of creativity. Animals don’t make art or music for pleasure. Creativity is in no small part what makes us human.
We are also social beings. We need one another in order to thrive. We are literally better together. Not just happier, but more effective and more conscientious.
