What’s Important to You in Your Life?
Coaches use the Wheel of Life to help clients discover what’s most important in their life, and to develop action steps. While every life area is important, certain areas are more high priority at certain times. This exercise helps you get a quick snapshot about what needs attention now.
Exercise
Make a pie chart or circle divided into eight pieces. Each piece may be labeled so every part of your life is represented.
