BASIC QUESTIONS, BASIC ANSWERS, NO BS

As we bring this book to a close, and from one co-author to another (that is myself, to my father), I turn this last chapter over to my father who really deserves the credit for not just this book, but all of the books we’ve had the chance to work on together over the past 10 years.
