SQL functions are powerful and limited only by your creativity, but potentially, they are more overwhelming (especially if you inadvertently put commas and parentheses in all the wrong places). In the universe design process, this is when the power users, universe designers, and DBAs must partner together to build a technically correct but business-robust universe.
