Opening and Saving Models
You can create a new model in Dashboard Design or open an existing one. And as with any application, you should save your work frequently.
Creating a New Model
To create a new model within Dashboard Design, click the New button on the Standard toolbar, select File | New, or press CTRL-N. Another option is to choose File | New with Spreadsheet, or press CTRL-SHIFT-N, and select an existing Excel workbook to create a model and copy the contents of that workbook into the new model. If you take this approach, it’s important to remember that any changes done in the original workbook will not be reflected in the Dashboard Design model, unless that workbook is reimported.
