Embedded Query Designer and Direct Data Binding: Pros and Cons
One of the most significant new features in BusinessObjects Dashboards 4.0 is the query designer and direct binding of data from universes and BEx queries to components in the dashboard, without having to insert the data into the embedded spreadsheet. While this is a significant step in the maturity of Dashboards, it is important to point out some of the pros and cons of this new feature.
