Query Filters

You use query filters to narrow your analysis to show information for only your particular subset of data. For example, if you are a product manager, you may limit your analysis to certain products. If you are a regional manager, you may limit your analysis to certain countries. If you are an employee supervisor, you may limit your analysis to the employees you manage. You limit your analysis by returning fewer rows of data. Query filters generate a WHERE clause in the SQL statement.
