This chapter covered the basics of viewing a document using the Web Intelligence web viewer and understanding a document’s components. A Web Intelligence document is much more than a report; it can contain multiple data sources and multiple report blocks to convey information from multiple perspectives. A document instance is a snapshot of the data. As data is updated in your source systems, you will need to refresh your document. For reports based on continually changing data, you may wish to schedule your documents to refresh on a periodic basis. The next chapter highlights the more powerful capabilities of interacting with a document to analyze your data.
