Document Display and Organization

As you learned in the previous section, the Documents tab—with its Navigation panel, List panel, and toolbar—allows you to find documents and perform actions such as viewing, creating, sending, organizing, and scheduling your BI content.

To see the contents of a folder, click the folder name within the Navigation panel. As shown in Figure 16-3, by default, the List panel displays the document title, the document type, the last run date of a scheduled instance, and the number of instances for each document in the currently selected folder or category. You can customize what information and options appear in the List panel of the Documents tab by setting your preferences, as discussed in the “BI Launch Pad Preferences” ...
