Handling Business Process Changes

After your project has developed the case for change (see Chapter 18), the next important series of tasks to get both the project team and the business users working on is the business process changes that will occur.
The business process changes occur naturally as part of any project deliverables, but it is critically important that both sides work together to analyze the various changes that will occur and then let the business decide how to address these changes.
