Developing Your Communication Strategy
Your communication strategy is really nothing more than a mini-strategic plan that will incorporate all of the same elements and considerations! At the outset, it’s important to establish responsibility for communicating the plan. You might think of the responsible party as the team leader for the strategic communication planning process.
