Keeping the Plan Alive
The best way to keep the plan alive is to incorporate it into how work gets done at your company. I’ve talked about how this might occur through the assignment of strategies and tactics to departments and individuals and by incorporating the evaluation of their success in completing their assignments through the employee review process. But the employee review process, if a company has one (and many small companies may not), generally only occurs on an annual basis. How can the plan be kept alive in between these evaluation periods?
