From setting strategy to knowing how to evaluate marketing technologies, a great deal of skill and expertise is required to take advantage of the new tools available to you. We’ll look at four specific technologies: analytics, experimentation and optimization, marketing automation, and targeting and personalization. While there are many more tools and technologies available, I consider these to be critical for building a robust technological foundation in marketing today.
