Abstract

Agile provides alternative ways of working. Organizations are showing significant interest in applying agile ways of working to business process management (BPM). BPM is concerned with the automation and management of business processes. Agile ways of working can be applied to BPM planning, analysis, architecture, design, implementation, operation, monitoring, and improvement.
