In this chapter, we will focus on Value-oriented Process Modeling, both in terms of what it is, how it is applied, as well as when it can be applied. This includes Value-oriented Process analysis, design, implementation, and governance considerations. Enabling organizations with the ability to interlink value engineering, modeling, and architecture concepts with process aspects.
