In 2007, Larry Lyons came to me with an idea, an Ask the Expert column for the eZine, Business Coaching Worldwide. As editor, I was thrilled to publish an ongoing column by Larry. And even more excited when he described his idea: use a short, punchy storytelling style with established characters (drawn by the fabulous Janet Schatzman & Associates, LLC) to illustrate management issues and challenges. I knew that if anyone could turn a leadership challenge into an entertaining learning story, it would be Larry.
