Change managers must create that psychologically safe place by engineering success early and often. Provide the clues people will read and use to construct a positive and compelling story.

For each stakeholder group:

  • Identify interventions that will provide those positive elements.
  • Lay them out on a timeline.
  • Roll them out to orchestrate success.
