The organized functioning of your business is critical to generate income, build value, and grow. Your well-run business is like a beautiful symphony orchestra. Quality music necessitates having a good score of music to play. Each participant must be in the same place on the score; each player of an instrument must be able and willing to play his or her part. You are the conductor of the orchestra.
The orchestra conductor’s role is leading the orchestra. It is not to play the violin as well as the first violinist. The conductor must be astute and be able to guide the musicians, so that they play in tune and at the right volume, creating beautiful music together.
