Direct (D)

These people stand out in the crowd. A really strong Direct (D) has a horrible time waiting in line. She is impatient. Not only is she impatient, but she has a tendency to tell others what to do. It never enters her mind to gently ask for something, because she believes it is important to get things done: “I want action and I want it now!” You might notice she seems to have a big ego. That often is obvious when she interrupts others, gives orders, or seems to just roll over other people.
