Once you have a clear understanding of who you are, what your values are, and how you choose to behave, it is time to focus on the other person. If you are concerned about developing quality communication, it is imperative that you demonstrate respect for others. The catch here is that you need to respect everyone, not just those people who are smarter, richer, or more famous than you, and not only those who are in a position to help you advance in your career or business.
