Sharing goals, using charts, and playing games to foster healthy competition are three practical ideas that can be used to help clarify who is responsible and who is accountable for tasks. Ralph Waldo Emerson once described enthusiasm this way: “Every great and commanding movement is the triumph of enthusiasm. Nothing great was ever achieved without it.”3
