Michael, a leader with international responsibility for a major professional services firm, is incredibly smart, perceptive, and a fast learner. Because he is so talented, he is asked to tackle major accounts, and he enjoys the challenge of making deals. He told me that he can’t remember ever losing a deal that he made a proposal on.
