All systems need to be continually evaluated. Are they meeting their intended purpose, and what is the cost-to-benefit ratio? Some systems are very simple, as simple as a checklist. In my USAF pilot days, I became a disciple of using checklists. They will not only help you avoid aircraft crashes, they will also help you deliver what’s promised to the client and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Client needs are continually changing. Staying current on the needs and desires of your customers and clients should be supported by a system of continual feedback.
