Skills are the least important of the three areas. This does not mean that skills are irrelevant. Rather, it means of the three it is least significant to achieving results. Just think about it for a minute. If you have a bright and talented employee with a lousy, negative, and cancerous attitude, what will the impact be to the morale and productivity of others? How about a highly skilled worker who doesn’t do the necessary activities like show up to work or call clients back promptly?
