Attitude

The most important attribute anyone can bring is a positive, upbeat, and can-do attitude. There is nothing more valuable. Each individual is fully responsible for his or her own attitude. As a leader, you can improve the environment, create opportunity, and reward achievement so that self-motivated people will soar. You do not have the responsibility or ability to permanently and significantly change who a person is or what his past experience is. You do have the ability and responsibility to create new positive experiences for those who produce and strive to achieve. Whether or not they choose to change their attitude is strictly up to them.
