Self-discipline

Let’s look at discipline for a moment. A discipline is an activity in which you can engage now that will enable you to ultimately do something that you are not capable of doing currently. Running is a good illustration. At first it is difficult to run a mile if you haven’t ever tried. However, with a gradual program of pushing your limits, in time you can easily run a mile. The dictionary says discipline is “training intended to produce a specified character or pattern of behavior.”
