Body Language

One of the most obvious and helpful windows that you want to install in your building of knowledge is a comprehensive understanding of body language. It is impossible to not communicate through body language. A person’s body language is always saying something. Take a look at someone’s posture: Is he moving and energetic, stiff, or totally relaxed? Take note of hand gestures, personal space given or taken away, and the focus of attention or lack of attention. When he talks or listens, how engaged is he with the other person? Is he closed and egocentric, or open and inclusive?
