DELEGATION

Time and again, I find leaders who are totally frustrated because their teams are not focused on building the bottom line—profits. I hear things like “They are not doing what they are told to do. Why don’t they produce? They just don’t get it!” Well, if that has ever been your frustration, how did you handle it?
