Doesn’t it feel great to be on a team with people just like you? Everyone thinks the same way. You can relate to them, because they are just like you. But do you get anything remarkable done? It is probable you do not.
A perfect team is not one where every member is the same. Rather, it is one where every team member is different; each person brings unique skills, and yet all know how to effectively communicate. Skills relate to ability, but communication requires willingness as well as ability.
