This book would not have been possible if it wasn't for the encouragement, insight, irreverence, and contributions of the entire Business Innovation Factory (BIF) team. As I write this everyone is waiting for a winning Power Ball ticket holder to step forward and claim a $336 million prize. I don't have the ticket. But even if I did I can honestly say that I would still gladly come to work every day at BIF. Our team of energetic, creative, and hardworking innovation junkies teach me what innovation really means every day.
