Chapter 10. The Team Strength in Neptune
The planet Neptune is named after one of the more powerful gods in Roman mythology. He is often pictured with a three-pronged spear and is characterized as holding sway over the sea—an ocean god for an ocean-colored planet. (Neptune was known to the Greeks as Poseidon, who divided the world with his brothers, Zeus and Hades.) Neptune is notable for being the first planet discovered based on mathematical prediction rather than regular observations. This planet portrays the strength that can develop when the two personality types in this chapter work effectively together. One type thought there was a planet out there; the other type did all the calculations necessary to find it.
