Emotion, imagination, artistic intelligence, and experience contribute significantly to carrying out regular business tasks. In this chapter we’re going to look at some specific ways to put these qualities into action. Our purpose is to be suggestive rather than complete, to show how real artistic acts can be applied to real business problems.
