Dr. Steven J. Stowell and Stephanie S. Mead have over 50 years of combined experience designing and delivering workshops and customized learning experiences for the world's largest companies in more than 30 countries and covering dozens of leadership and management topics. These topics include Applied Strategic Thinking®, Strategic Leadership, Virtual Leadership, Coaching TIPS2™, Coaching Skills, Teamwork, Emotional Intelligence, Communication Skills, Conflict and Collaboration, and Innovation and Change. They co-authored four books related to these topics: Strategy Is Everyone's Job (CMOE Press, 2013), The Team Approach (CMOE Press, 2nd ed., 2012), Ahead of the Curve (CMOE Press, 2005), and Leading Groups to Solutions (CMOE Press, 2002).
Steven J. Stowell, Ph.D. is the founder and president of the Center for Management and Organization Effectiveness (CMOE). Founded in 1978, CMOE specializes in management, leadership, and organization development products and services.
