UNDERSTAND THE MARKET

Many entrepreneurs, small-business leaders, and visionaries make assumptions about the market, their customers, and their opportunities. They allow these assumptions to govern their decisions. This is the path to uninformed decision making, at best, and catastrophic decision making at worst. What assumptions are you making about your market?
