This chapter will look at a broad array of contracts that are commonly used within the music publishing arena. Please note I am not a lawyer, but have operated within the world of business affairs for many years. I use lawyers in a variety of ways; sometimes to assist in concluding negotiations and always in the final drafting of the contract.
